Terms & Conditions (Coaching, Digital Products, Courses, Memberships and Events)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of sarahjoycehindle.com (and any subdomains) and your purchase of any services or digital products from Sarah Hindle trading as Sarah Joyce Hindle (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy.

1. Scope and structure of these Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to our:

• coaching and mentoring services (including packages);
• digital products (e.g., PDFs, templates, printables, meditations, downloads);
• online courses/trainings (instant access, progressive release, and/or drip-fed, and may include live elements);
• memberships (including The Flow State Society);
• live online sessions and in-person events/workshops.

1.2 Product-specific terms are set out in the Schedules at the end of these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Schedule, the Schedule will take priority for that product/service.

1.3 If you purchase The Flow State Society, the Flow State Society Membership Terms & Conditions also apply and will take priority where there is any conflict.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Our services and products are intended for individuals aged 18 or over.

2.2 By purchasing you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Purchases, contract formation and delivery

3.1 When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is formed when:
