The Flow State Society – Membership Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and use of The Flow State Society (the “Membership”) provided by Sarah Joyce Hindle (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, accessing or using the Membership through sarahjoycehindle.com (or any of its subdomains) and/or MemberVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access the Membership.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

• “Community Space(s)” means our community spaces for members, including the WhatsApp group and any replacement or additional community platform we may provide from time to time.
• “Content” means all materials and resources made available as part of the Membership, including videos, templates, printables, meditations, prompts, written resources, and any recordings we choose to provide.
• “Live Calls” means live group calls delivered online, including Accountability Calls and Additional Sessions.
• “Accountability Calls” means the regular live accountability calls offered as part of the Membership (currently up to 4 per week).
• “Additional Sessions” means occasional sessions such as community connection calls and/or sessions with a training element.
• “MemberVault” means the third-party platform used to host the Membership portal and manage member access.
• “Fee” means the monthly subscription price displayed at checkout at the time you purchase.
• “You/your” means the person purchasing and/or using the Membership.

2. Eligibility and account security

2.1 The Membership is intended for individuals aged 18 or over.

2.2 By purchasing the Membership you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2.3 Your Membership access is personal to you. You must not share, sell, transfer, assign or permit any other person to access your account, the portal, Live Calls or Community Spaces.

2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs through your account.
